At Crocus77, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels
  • Be returned in the same condition as received

Because our products are made from genuine leather, natural texture and color variations are not considered defects.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper use, wear, or care
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at: support@crocus77.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
